User Interface (UI) refers to the features of the product that the customer interacts with, including buttons, switches, knobs, access panels, microphones, connectors, and indicator sounds. Graphical User Interface (GUI) is a subset of UI, mainly concerned with product display screens and apps, but includes other graphical affordances including indicator lights and labels.
