Who We Are

We're led by an industrial designer, and that shapes everything: how projects get structured, how teams get resourced, how we define success.

Over the past decade we've built out mechanical, electronic, firmware and systems engineering in-house, so design intent never gets lost in a handoff to someone else's team.

A big part of that came from hiring key talent out of the Holden design studio after its closure, keeping world-class automotive capability inside the Australian design ecosystem. That cross-pollination now shows up in every sector we work in, not just automotive.

Big-picture thinking only matters if someone's watching the details.

How We Actually Work

We run on a meritocracy of ideas. The best solution advances regardless of seniority or discipline, and if you can see something, you're safe to say something. We treat neurodiversity as a design asset, different cognitive styles produce different problem framings, and we invest in psychological safety training so the full range of thinking in the room actually reaches the table.

We also train every designer and engineer to look past the brief. Nobody on our team executes a request without first understanding the client's business problem at a structural level, that's what makes us a partner instead of a vendor.

We invest in cross-disciplinary training because technical silos are a design risk, when disciplines don't understand each other's constraints, integration points fail.

We've grown our leadership and hiring deliberately over the past three years, to make sure the design-led vision scales with the studio rather than getting diluted by it.
