We're a design-led product development studio, and design-led means everyone here, not just the designers, understands why it matters. Our engineers know what a bad handoff costs a project, because they've felt it, and that's exactly why we don't structure work that way. We look for people who see something and say something, regardless of seniority or discipline. If that's not how you're used to working, it'll take some adjusting. Most people tell us it's the reason they stayed.

Our Ethos
We invest in psychological safety training because different cognitive styles produce different problem framings, and a good idea from a junior engineer or a neurodivergent team member doesn't get heard if the loudest voice always wins here. We run on the opposite principle.
We also invest in cross-disciplinary training, so a firmware engineer understands what a mechanical constraint actually costs, and a designer understands what a PCB layout can't do. That's not a nice-to-have, it's what stops integration failures before they happen.
