After winning a design tender the outerspace team worked with architectural bathroom product retailer, Rogerseller, to design a premium tapware range. The managing director wanted to develop a range that would represent the exclusive Rogerseller brand.

We designed and engineered the Profilo tapware range to reflect Rogerseller’s high-profile position as the preferred supplier of luxury bathroom fittings to architects and developers.

Profilo is a refined and minimally styled tapware range.

Our designers researched and analysed bathroom trends, architect preferences, materials and tapware formats and systems to inform early concept and design development. We looked for the best directions to take the design.

We sketched, illustrated, created block models and built mock ups to develop the forms for the taps and spouts.

We developed two tap designs for Profilo, the tri and bloc series.

We engineered the tapware range so the ceramic tap cartridges are positioned below a bathroom benchtop. This makes Profilo a very low profile tap range and accentuates its minimal styling.
